Launch

The KIA CPO inventory management website is designed to assist you in advertising and merchandising your KIA CPO vehicles. Application set-up is straight forward. However, the computer on which you are using the application should meet the following minimum guidelines:

1. Web Browser Compatibility: Chrome, Fire Fox, Edge or Safari
2. The system should be set-up to always allow Pop-Ups.
3. Adobe Reader is recommended to be downloaded on your device.

Note: In order to use the new web-based Window Sticker Application, the dealership computer must have internet access.

Log-in to the Application

1. Go to manage.vehicledetails.com
2. Enter your Username and Password. If you have not received your Username and Password or have forgotten them, please email support@vehicledetails.com or contact the Vehicle Details Technical Support Team at 262-240-9652
3. The first item you see will be the software license agreement. Click Accept to proceed.
4. Then click the Manage Inventory button in the Dashboard List to view your inventory.

Kia Certified Pre-Owned™ Program Technical Support is available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. This service is free of charge to participating dealers.
