Add Your Certified Vehicle To Inventory

IMPORTANT: Only Kia vehicles current model year or 5 previous years from current year and under 80,000 miles are eligible to be Kia Certified.

At the main menu, select Add Vehicle. VIN, Stock # and Odometer will be required to add your Certified Vehicle.

1. Enter Odometer and VIN, then click Decode. The system will decode the VIN. You may get one or more possible vehicles to select from. If it gives you more than one choice, choose the correct vehicle and click Add Vehicle to go to the Vehicle Edit screen.
2. In the Vehicle Build screen, enter Color, Stock Number, Price and Internet Price. *Internet Price will be used for the QR-Code generated Vehicle Listing URL.
3. Use the tabs on the Vehicle Build Screen to edit equipment, specifications, add notes, attach photos and more.
4. Obtain CARFAX Vehicle History Report by clicking the button provided.
5. Click Save to save all your vehicle information. You can return to the Vehicle Edit Screen to add Photos. See the next section for adding photos to your Certified Vehicle.

Add vehicles to the inventory using our proprietary VIN decoder or import vehicles from your Third-Party Provider.

• Click to add photos.
• Click to print window stickers or buyer’s guides.

Add a vehicle using the VIN Decode Feature:

• Enter Odometer, Stock # and VIN, then click Decode.
• Choose the correct vehicle if you are given a choice.
• Click Add Vehicle to go to the Vehicle Edit screen.

Edit Vehicle Details

• Enter key attributes: Interior & Exterior Color, Price & Internet Price.
• Internet Price will be used for the QR Code-generated Vehicle Listing URL.
• Use the tabs to navigate within the vehicle edit screen to continue editing equipment, specifications, and dealer comments.
• Click Photos to Add Photos.
• Click Save to save all your vehicle information.
• You can return to the Vehicle Build Screen to add photos or modify any vehicle information that was just added.
