December Incentive Contest

Contest Period: December 2, 2025 – January 2, 2026

Kia CPO Sales Managers that meet their Monthly Kia CPO objective
have a chance to earn extra cash this month with additional Payout Levels!

  • Earn $50 per unit, retro to unit 1 once a minimum of 100% of Volume Objective is achieved.
  • Earn $75 per unit, retro to unit 1 once a minimum of 165% of Volume Objective is achieved.

How to Earn Cash

Qualifier: Achieve listed CPO Volume Objective for your store AND REPORT WITHIN THE CONTEST PERIOD.

Once listed CPO Volume Objective for your store is achieved, meet the payout level requirements to earn additional payout level per unit, retro to unit 1!

Contest Example

Dealer CPO Objective: 10
Dealer CPO Stretch Objective: 17
Dealer records: 10 units x $50 (100% payout level) = $500!
Dealer records: 17 units x $75 (165% payout level) = $1,275!

Contest Requirements

  • Kia Dealerships must be enrolled in the Kia CPO Incentive Program to be eligible.
  • Kia Dealerships that have not been previously enrolled in the Kia CPO contest must do so prior to the end of the Contest Period to be eligible.
  • New Kia CPO participants that have not been previously enrolled in the Kia CPO contest must submit a W-9 form prior to the end of the Contest Period to be eligible for any payout.
  • Newly registered Sales Manager winners will receive a Kia Incentive Prepaid Debit card within 1 month after contest close delivered directly to their home address. Previously registered Sales Manager winners will receive an electronic distribution of their cash prize to their Kia Incentive Prepaid Debit card 15 days (about 2 weeks) after contest close.
  • Only eligible Kia CPO warranties (total, net of full cancels) booked with JM&A Group that have a sale date (vehicle delivery date) within the contest period and recorded no later than 10 pm EST on January 2, 2026, will count towards the contest.
  • Authorized contest signer must identify all contest participant(s) on enrollment form. The dealership entity, dealer principal, and dealer operator are not eligible to be a contest earnings participant. This incentive contest provides an opportunity for the manager(s) responsible for Kia CPO performance to earn a cash reward!

Terms and Conditions

Winners must be at least 21 years of age and employed by the dealership during the entire Contest Period and at the time of award. Dealer (stores) must be actively selling at the time of payout. Contest is for eligible JM&A Group provided products and/or programs only.  Any and all taxes associated with the award are the responsibility of the winners. No substitution of award except at the discretion of JM&A Group.  Award cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned by the winners. JM&A Group and/or Dealer reserve the right to cancel and/or amend the terms and conditions of this contest. JM&A Group shall not be liable to any participants in the event of any such change by the Dealer. Void where prohibited. Contracts must be properly and timely reported to be included in contest calculation; contracts calculated net of full cancellations. Dealer accounts with JM&A Group and its affiliated companies must be current for participants to receive payout. As long as Dealer is paid all sums due it by JM&A Group or its affiliated companies under this contest, Dealer shall defend, indemnify and hold JM&A Group and their affiliated companies harmless from any and all claims made by Dealer’s employees (or former employees) for compensation due under this contest. No waiver by JM&A Group of any of the above terms & conditions shall be construed as a waiver of such terms in the future.
